The majority of people think of European golf, as playing in Portugal or southern Spain i.e. Valderrama or Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura, well here's a suprising alternative. Based in the southern area of Costa Blanca are the hidden treasure's of Real Club de Campoamor, Campo de Golf Villamartin, Las Ramblas de Orihuela, as well as the most famous of all European courses LA MANGA. The climate is good in the winter months, and brilliant in the spring and summer, which make it the ideal place to play a round, while the fees are more than reasonable, and remember if the golf isn't going well, you can always admire the stunning scenery, with the Mediterranean on one side and the mountain backdrop on the other, whilst dreaming of the 19th.
