Payments and deposits
A Deposit of £100.00 is required, with the balance payable eight weeks before departure. "Last minute holidays". Where you make holiday arrangements eight weeks or less before the date of departure, the full invoice sum is to be paid with the booking. "Cancelling your holiday". Where written notification is received by us between 29 and 56 days prior to departure commencement, 50% of the final holiday charge will be debited. 15 to 28 days before, 75% of the final charge will be debited. The day of departure to 14 days before, 100% of the final charge will be debited. Note: Only the person who signed the booking form can cancel and it must be effected in writing. We can arrange your car hire and book your golf at no extra cost,
